Point of Contact

Point of Contact  mural was painted in 2010 by artists from La Raza Group, in collaboration with artists from Santiago de Cuba. The mural projects symbols of Canada, in particular a classic wooden canoe, floating in a mythic landscape of glyphs, antlers, ravens and primal dancers. Under the canoe is a winter landscape and the Trans-Canada highway.
